We guarantee all Safety Protection Technology products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 90 days (unless manufacturer's warranty is longer)  from date of receipt of product(s). We test all of our products before shipping.  We will replace or repair the product(s) at our option providing there is no evidence of misuse, or alteration. 

In the unlikely event you receive an item that has been damaged during shipment or has a manufacturers defect, we will of course replace the item or refund your money. 

If you would like an exchange, you will be charged for shipping the item(s) back to you, in addition to any difference in cost (if an even exchange, only shipping charges will apply). If we owe you for an exchange of lesser value, we will apply that as well. 

To make an easy and quick process, all we ask from you when making a return is to contact us for our return instructions, which are pretty easy. Make sure to keep any and all packaging, instructions, and accessories that came with the item.  Please send us an email (customerservrvice@safetyprotectiontechnology.com) and let us know your invoice or order number, the item(s) you are returning, and whether you would like a refund or exchange. We will provide you with further instructions on proceeding with returning an item(s), including the address to send the item(s) too. 

We are unable to issue refunds for returned used DVD's.   If there is a problem with them we can exchange then for the same DVD.
