PLEASE NOTE:
- Pepper Sprays cannot be shipped outside the continental US, which includes Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.
- Pepper Sprays cannot be shipped by any method other than GROUND.
- Pepper Sprays, or any type of weapon, including stun devices, knives and batons, cannot be shipped outside the United States (including its territories.)
- We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for shipping.
- Stun Devices CANNOT be shipped to New York, Massachusetts, Illinois, New Jersey, Michigan, or the city of Philadelphia
- Pepper Sprays CANNOT be shipped to New York or Massachusettes
Please provide a physical address and not a PO Box for the shipping address. UPS can not deliver to a PO B ox.
*Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email, which will provide your tracking number and scheduled delivery date. We do not give away, sell, or rent your personal information including your email address to anyone. Our privacy policy is posted.
Safety Protection Technology exclusively ships using UPS, therefore, most orders will ship via UPS. We have had much success with UPS, and will continue using them as our main source of shipping. We are able to provide our customers with quality shipping services, tracking of packages, and ensured delivery.

NOTE TO ALL OF OUR LOCAL CUSTOMERS. We do not have a retail location. All of our products are shipped out within 72 business hours from our warehouses in San Jose, CA or Jacksonville, Florida.
